With Busta in town a debate amongst my Mademoiselles had begun, we pondered on what our favorite Busta track was? Easier said than done. As soon as the mind starts running you end up in a hip hop anarchy when the realisation hits of how many poignant tracks he has dropped.
So mine to date, at this moment in time is ...Everything Remains Raw. But If sections of songs would count it would be him on Scenario. I slowly lose a piece of mind every time I hear his verse.
There have been many faces of Trevor Smith
Alot of people say he has fallen off.
What is your favorite look, but more importantly, what's your numero uno Busta track?

Dude is waaaay too old and has properly fallen off!
It's rather telling that Jimmy Iovine, legendary head of Interscope, dropped Busta after apparently saying that the album he submitted wasn't good enough (as told to me by certain peeps within Interscope's West Coast offices)... Shame really.
But as Busta himself admitted on BET's 106 and Park he got PPPPAAAAIIIIDDD when he signed to Aftermath/Interscope (I believe the words were something to the effect of "It feels good, it feels real good...") after completing his deal with Elektra - and yes, I know he was on J Records too - so I doubt very much his kids will starve anytime soon.
And, to be fair, when one's gone seven albums deep, made some classic hip-hop records and has made such a mark on the genre you've got to respect the staying power!
what does age have to do with anything? i'd listen to an old frail busta over someone like lil wayne anyday.. and he ain't fallen off just yet.. hes been making some shit.. but its a bit like eddie murphy making shit films.. he still gets paid.. i dare you to say he fell off to his face.. before saying people fell off.. explain to us.. "who r u?"
i mixed don't touch me into a set a few weeks back and the whole club went off big time.. so how can you say he fell off? busta is the god.. wise up
that last outfit is a shambles though.. just for that i will say he kind a fell off.
he ain't fallen off and he's at least making music whereas most people that came out when he did aren't around and doing it anymore!!!
o yeah and his first number one album was in 06 after 10 years as a solo artist.. he's just getting into it...
Busta still making music?
you cannot knock what he has done. Forget what he is doing now, he has had some bangers!
busta is sexy!... well was sexy now his head is a little 2 small for his shoulders but still a hiphop legend.
uncle busta needs to chill and get some comfy slippers, oh and stop wearing wife beaters!
In my opinion he's made some classic songs but never a consistent album.
As for my favourite song - check this for controversial: You Can't Hold a Torch ft Q-Tip from the Big Bang album, I bloody love that record
I second that
