Three years after hurricane Katrina, Gustav approaches and tests attitudes and lessons learned by the Government and locals. I'm not one for technical jargon but as a humble blogger I have to ask the question will the people be protected this time?Thoughts?

they may try and do something now, only because they're trying to get one of their own in office for another 4 yrs. katrina happened when rose-bush had already been re-elected another 4 yrs *cringe*, so he didn't give a rats arse...and still doesnt. ->
