You dont have to be on of the best MC's of all time to be rembered as a legend. Take Flavour Flav for example, both where 'comic relief' rappers and still Flav is a undisputed legend. Infact ODB is ALOT better of an MC then Flav.

Flavs a hypeman primarily I don't think people would consider him an emcee as they would ODB.
flav's more than a hype-man. he had 2 tracks on it takes a nation of million with just him spittin' on them.
