One of my pet hates is the continuous stream of people claiming to be stylists because they bought some trainers from JD Sports for a music video or read ID and became compelled to get a asymmetric haircut.Style is something you cant buy and STYLING is not easy!
So when i stumbled across THIS INTERVIEW on my home girl Nasrin Jean-Baptiste i thought about bloody time!
With the popularity of "street ware" and high street brands stepping thier game up, Is fashion becoming a much more open market to both stylists and designers?

Yes unfortunately there are many abusers of the 'style' word. One little bedroom backdrop shoot in their yard apparently credits them as a purveyor of key looks. Or the fact they maybe "styled" their friend. Pah! Like the bamboo I poo on them too.

Nasrin actually was the stylist on my first ever photoshoot when I signed my deal back in oooh... '02!?!? Gwarn my yout'! It's about time she got the credit she deserves... I'm in agreeance, home-girl is truly an innovator....
