FRESH TEES. LITERALLY... by Edward Heal

Edward Heal is a graphic design graduate from Kingston University...
Since graduating he has started up his own studio with fellow design
graduates Christopher Barrett and Luke Taylor (whom are all close friends
of mine - we have all worked on many projects in the past together before).

Before starting up his own company, Edward Heal created a series of 'Detergent T-Shirts' that intended to be used as a memento for festivals throughout the summer i.e. Glastonbury. The T-shirt graphics are screen printed with both washing detergent and fabric ink. Once the festival is over, the detergent held within the t-shirt would clean itself and a full load of washing. After the t-shirt is washed it reveals a unique pattern and number.

*This project was commended for the D&AD Global Student Awards 2007.

You can see examples of his studio's work (also projects I've done with them)HERE
