please believe that every magazine cover is photoshopped, period. But if you stay active, your ass (literally) should be fine. It's just when people get lazy that it's starts to sag and all. If you let your glutes deteriorate, there's nothing to hold it up and it all goes to hell. My coworkers (lifeguards) still have amazing bodies in there 30's, 40's and beyond b/c they stay acive.
